Curious about trying something new for your body and mind, but not sure where to start? This class is designed just for that.
Join us on the mat for a beginner-friendly introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, created especially for people with zero experience. This session focuses on simple, foundational movements in a calm, supportive environment—no pressure, no expectations, and no prior knowledge required.
We’ve designed this class to feel welcoming, safe, and genuinely enjoyable, especially if stepping into something new can feel intimidating. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is less about fighting and more about movement, problem-solving, balance, and awareness. It’s a great way to build strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence while learning how your body moves.
Because it relies on technique and leverage rather than strength, it’s accessible to all body types and fitness levels. While it’s also widely known as an effective form of self-defense, this intro class is simply about learning, moving, and feeling comfortable on the mats.
To help keep classes intentional and give each beginner proper attention, we’ve set a small intro fee of IDR 100,000. This covers your full session and helps us maintain a focused, high-quality beginner experience on the mats.
If you continue your journey with us, your Intro Class becomes complimentary through a full membership credit.
